End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Fluito Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of Fluitext (the "mobile app").

Grant of license

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a subscription-based license to use Fluitext on iOS and Android. This license is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or sublicensed to anyone else.

License restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not redistribute, resell, or make the software available to third parties beyond what your license permits.

Intellectual property

Fluitext and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Fluito Labs LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Term and termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate it if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.

Warranty disclaimer

This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluito Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
